Quick heads up – it’s on BBC2 (UK) tonight @ 9pm. I love the book so will blog about my reactions to the film. I’m intrigued to see if it translates well to film and whether the quiet subtlety of the text remains present. I’m also prepared to be a weeping mess by the end of it.
